Request a water meter

We’re fitting meters across our supply area to help our customers save water, save money and do their bit for the environment. Water meters are the fairest way to pay, as your bill is based on the amount of water you use.

There is a high demand for water meters at the moment. We're working hard to install them within 56 days, but it might takes us a bit longer. If you're not sure if you have a meter, you can check by looking at your bill.

You can apply for a water meter by completing the form below. We'll contact you within 14 days of receiving your application to arrange a survey at your home. This is to check the best place to fit your meter. If you have any problems completing this form you can email metering@seswater.co.uk or call 01737 919485.
