Thank you for your patience while we complete these final activities.

17 April 2026

Installation of the new water main is now complete, and the project has moved into the commissioning phase. This includes testing the new main before it’s brought fully into service.

Reinstatement of the bridle path is scheduled to begin in the first week of May and is expected to be completed by mid-May. This will involve removing the existing surface and replacing it with a compacted stone layer to provide a durable finish.

Thank you for your patience while we complete these final stages of the project.

6 March 2026

Work to install the new water main on Greenhurst Park is progressing well, and more than 50% of the scheme has now been completed.

Once installation is complete, properties along the route will be connected to the new main and the older pipe will be taken out of service.

Greenhurst Park – mains renewal

As part of SES Water’s programme to improve the long-term reliability of your drinking water supply, we will be replacing 379 metres of the existing water main on Greenhurst Park.

Properties along the route will be connected to the new main, after which the old pipe will be safely taken out of service to complete the upgrade.

If you have any questions, please contact your SES Water Customer Liaison Officer, Tracey Buckland, who will be happy to help on 07368 504785 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
