What is the Priority Services Register?
Our Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free service that offers extra help and support if you need it. You can join for yourself, or on behalf of a family member, friend or someone you care for.
Who can register with Priority Services?
You can register if you have additional needs that affect how you access our services or communicate with us. This could be due to a disability, medical condition, mobility issues, mental health or neurodiversity, sensory impairments such as sight, hearing or speech, being over 65, or having children under five at home.

What happens if my needs change whilst on the Priority Services Register?
Every two years we will check in with you to see if your needs have changed. If your needs have changed before this you can tell us here.
By sharing your information, we tell other trusted organisations (like the UK Power Networks) when customers are on our priority services. This data sharing helps to make sure that customers get the right support.
