Please join us at one of our customer-friendly roadshows. These events give you a chance to find out more about your water services. Whether you want to learn about plans for your local area, get information about the support that's available or just have a chat with our teams, you're very welcome. You can ask questions, give feedback and find out how our plans and investments affect you and your community.
At the roadshows, you can speak to us about:
- Networks, water resources and operations – including current works and road works.
- Customer care and support – the Priority Services Register and ways to save money on your bills.
- Investment in our infrastructure – where and how we’re improving services
- Our new community funding programme – Better Futures
- Education and engagement – including our unique ‘Flow Zone’ experience at Bough Beech treatment works
These events will be a market stall set up, which means that there will be no presentations and times slots to speak to SES teams, you can arrive any time between 2-7.
